We are a dynamic Quantity Surveying Practice based in Langley Moor, Durham, and have developed a large portfolio of regular and 'repeat-business' clients, covering a vast range of the construction sector.
Our regular clients include private and public sector housing groups (Wimpey, Miller Homes, Grainger Homes), public house development companies (Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, Enterprise Inns), construction management companies (AMEC), Investment Trusts (The Royal Bank of Scotland) and many private clients covering all aspects of construction. The private clients range from large scale residential development to single barn conversions, from new build leisure complexes to refurbishment of licensed premises, and from salmon processing plants in the Shetland Islands to conversion of retail units in Canterbury.
Whilst most of our projects are within a fifty mile radius of Durham we work nationally and internationally with current ongoing projects in Nottingham, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Weymouth, Oxford, Manchester, Leeds, Shetland Islands and Lucerne, Switzerland. Most of these projects have been commissioned as the result of previously successful commissions with clients who prefer to retain our services even though other more locally-based consultants are available. New commissions are usually the result of recommendations and referrals from our satisfied clients.
